Current stage · First UK acquisition pipeline

Building the world’s largestAI-native accounting group.

Starting in the UK.

Where to start

Choose your conversation.

Four audiences, four different conversations. Brokers and intermediaries can go straight to the mandate.

  • Practice owners

    Considering the next chapter?

Succession, valuation and a credible transition for the practice, the team and the client relationships you built.

    Sell your practice
  • Investors

    A technology-enabled roll-up.

A fragmented UK market, disciplined acquisition criteria, Orion integration and an operating model designed to build enterprise value.

    Investment thesis
  • Businesses

    Accounting that keeps up.

Bookkeeping, accounts, payroll, tax and management reporting from Orion Accounting — current numbers and a named human contact.

    Orion Accounting

The Vantrex model

Acquire. Implement Orion. Measure. Scale.

One operating sequence, applied practice by practice. The economics remain to be proven through acquired operations.

  1. 01

    Acquire

Buy established UK accounting practices from owners planning succession.

  2. 02

    Orion

Implement Vantrex's operating infrastructure under accountant supervision.

  3. 03

    Capacity

Reduce repetitive administration so professionals handle more skilled work.

  4. 04

    Margin

Improve operating efficiency, with the aim of expanding margins.

  5. 05

    EBITDA

Convert efficiency into stronger, more consistent earnings.

  6. 06

    Enterprise value

Build a larger, more scalable group with more durable earnings.

  7. 07

    Scale

Validate the model with real operating data, then repeat the acquisition.

  8. These are intended outcomes of the operating model. They remain to be tested and measured in an acquired practice.

For practice owners

A transition designed around the practice you built.

Confidential from the first conversation, with an agreed handover and continuity as the starting point for your team and your clients.

  • Confidentiality

No contact with your staff or clients without your agreement, and an NDA before you share anything sensitive.

  • An agreed handover

The pace at which you step back is your decision — full sale, phased transition or retained involvement where appropriate.

  • Continuity first

Service continuity is protected before anything changes. Final arrangements for team and clients are agreed case by case.

How we acquire

Orion

The operating infrastructure behind the model.

Orion organises accounting work, prepares and proposes output, and surfaces exceptions. Deterministic accounting logic validates it and qualified accountants review and approve before anything is committed.

  • More capacity per professional, by removing repetitive administration
  • More consistent controls and a recorded audit trail
  • Client information kept current rather than reconstructed at year end

Process

From first conversation to transition.

You will always know what happens next, who is involved and what is expected of you.

  1. 01

    Introduction

A confidential conversation about your practice, your timing and the outcome you want. No documents required.

  2. 02

    Mutual fit

A short, honest assessment on both sides. If it is not a fit, we say so quickly rather than running a process.

  3. 03

    Indicative terms

A written, non-binding outline of structure, consideration and handover expectations so you can judge fit early.

  4. 04

    Due diligence

A proportionate review to an agreed timetable, designed not to disrupt the running of the practice.

  5. 05

    Completion

Definitive documents and completion, with the handover period shaped around you, the team and the clients.

  6. 06

    Measured implementation

Service continuity first, then a baseline, then Orion introduced in controlled phases with human approval.

Common questions

Straight answers before you make contact.

What does Vantrex Group do?

Vantrex Group is building an AI-native accounting group in the UK. The strategy is to acquire established accounting practices, implement Orion — our operating infrastructure — and build a repeatable model for improved capacity, margin expansion and EBITDA growth.

Has Vantrex acquired a practice yet?

Not yet. Vantrex is building its first UK acquisition pipeline and speaking with practice owners, brokers and potential capital partners. We say so openly because owners deserve to know exactly who they are speaking to.

What kind of practices do you look at?

Established, compliance-led UK general practices with recurring fee income and sound regulatory standing, in any UK region. Common situations include retirement, a succession gap, a partner exit or the consolidation of two smaller books.

What happens to my team after a sale?

Continuity is the starting point. The people who know the clients are the reason the practice works, so we plan around keeping them. Final arrangements are agreed case by case, before terms are signed rather than after.

Will my clients notice a change?

The aim is that day-to-day service continues without disruption, with the same faces and the same standards. Changes to systems are introduced in controlled phases, with accountants reviewing and approving the work throughout.

Is a first conversation confidential?

Yes. An initial conversation is confidential, involves no obligation and requires no disclosure to your team or clients. We are happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement before you share anything about the practice.

Does Orion replace accountants?

No. Orion prepares and proposes work, deterministic accounting logic validates it and exceptions are flagged — but qualified accountants review, approve and remain responsible for the output.

How do I start?

Send a short confidential enquiry. You do not need figures, a valuation or a decision to make contact — a description of your practice and your intended timing is enough.
