We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry and to continue any discussion you choose to have with us. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries directed to us.

Sharing

We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers who host our website and database on our behalf, and where we are required to do so by law.

Retention

Enquiry records are kept for as long as needed to deal with the discussion and any follow-up, and are then deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

You may ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to our use of it. Contact info@vantrexgroup.co.uk and we will respond. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
